Browse page

Hover over the Explore section of the tab list and select the "Browse" page in the drop-down menu.

The browse page displays 6 categories, including; Transcranial Ultrasound Stimulation, Drug Delivery with BBB Opening, Drug Delivery Without BBB Opening, Sonobiopsy, Thermal Ablation, and Other Topics. Hover over each icon to see how many publications in that application are in our database.

These catalogs allow you to explore the statistics of a particular application of focused ultrasound. Click on "View Statistics" to bring up the statistics tool to view trends on focused ultrasound parameters, diseases of interest, and animal models.

Frequent Ultrasound Parameters, and Ultrasound Parameter Ranges provide a simple metric for common values used across studies. Modify the selection by clicking on one of the Animal Model or Target Disease cards to restrict the calculation to studies with those respective settings. A more in-depth statistical overview is available on the statistics page.

Statistics page

Navigate to the statistics page by going to Explore → Browse, selecting a catalog, then clicking on the Statistics card.

The statistics page shows the distribution of a variety of parameters from publications on the selected catalog.

Add a filter by clicking on the columns of one of the plot bars, or use the ADD FILTER button.

The EXPORT CSV button provides a zip folder containing the source data.

Search page

Use the search page to locate publications and experiments using keywords and filters.
